Our financial philosophy is to set tuition and fees at rates that can adequately cover the cost of running the school each year.

2026-2027 Tuition:

• $3,640  = Pre-K (Mon/Wed)

• $5,225  = Kindergarten - 4th Grade (Mon/Wed/Thur)

• $5,695 = 5th - 6th Grade (Mon/Wed/Thur)

• $6,078   = 7th - 8th Grade (Mon/Wed/Thur)

• $6,812 = 9th-12th Grade (Mon/Wed/Thur)

Fees:

• Application Fee: $150 (one-time, to submit an application)

• Enrollment Fee: $350 (due at enrollment and annually at re-enrollment)

• Late Application Fee: $250 (one-time per family, for applications submitted after the April 15 deadline)

Uniforms, Books and Materials:

These items are not included in the tuition and fees and will need to be purchased by each family. School uniforms are required for each student on campus. Our booklist and approved uniform selections can be found each year in the Welcome Packet.

TEFA:

Oakwell Academy is an approved provider in the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program for the 2026–2027 school year. Participation in the TEFA program does not alter Oakwell Academy’s established financial policies or payment timelines. Because TEFA funds are not expected to be disbursed in alignment with the school’s payment schedule, families should not anticipate reimbursement for tuition or fees already paid.
